Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Birch Transit Planning Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for ridership counts and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
