Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Lumen Cross Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Toledo, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
