Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Transit Planning is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service alerts and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
