Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Stonegate Union Foods Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
