Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Harborlight Quill Facilities looks after properties across the San Jose region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
