Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Stonegate Corner Construction Partners builds commercial and industrial projects around Raleigh. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
