Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Redstone Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Savannah. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
