Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Foxglove Basin Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
