Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Harborlight Loom Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Indianapolis region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
