Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Portland, OR)

Westbrook Linden Facilities Group is a facilities company in Portland with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
