Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Timber Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
