Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Junction Manufacturing is a Portland manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
