Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Pittsburgh, PA)

Cedar Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Pittsburgh region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of about 885 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
