Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Meadow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Pittsburgh region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
