Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Phoenix, AZ)

Greenridge Beacon Manufacturing is a Phoenix manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for machine downtime and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
