Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Phoenix, AZ)

Stonegate Union Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Phoenix. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for recycling loads and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
