Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for packing house output and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
