Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Loom Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Phoenix region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of about 561 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for change orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
