Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pine Water Authority and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of about 433 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for treatment plant data and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
