Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Philadelphia, PA)

Bright Forge Energy is an energy provider in Philadelphia focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
