Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Omaha, NE)

Ironwood Quill Inspection Services is an inspection company in Omaha with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
