Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Omaha, NE)

Redstone Sparrow Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Omaha. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
