Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Construction Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for materials orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
