Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Basin Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Omaha, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
