Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Oklahoma City, OK)

Northwind Vista Water Authority is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for billing accounts and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
