Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Oklahoma City, OK)

Nova Lakeside Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Oklahoma City. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
