Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Cedar Facilities looks after properties across the Oklahoma City region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
