Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Fox Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Oklahoma City. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for change orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
