Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Oakland, CA)

Westbrook Timber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Oakland region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
