Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (New Orleans, LA)

Cedar Juniper Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across New Orleans. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
