Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (New Orleans, LA)

Clearpath Bridge Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
