Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Stone Environmental Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for landfill records and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
