Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Nashville, TN)

Redstone Lakeside Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Nashville region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of about 324 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
