Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Nest Manufacturing is a Nashville manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for scrap and rework and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
