Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Nashville, TN)

Redstone Oak Inspection Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
