Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Minneapolis, MN)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Minneapolis. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
