Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Minneapolis, MN)

Highbridge Ivory Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Minneapolis. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
