Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Milwaukee region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
