Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Milwaukee. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
