Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Maple Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Milwaukee. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
