Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Milwaukee, WI)

Bright Harbor Energy is an energy provider in Milwaukee focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
