Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Field Manufacturing Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
