Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Granite Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Miami, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for billing accounts and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
