Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Miami, FL)

Cedar Ashton Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
