Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Quill Transit Planning and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track performance measures for accessibility audits and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
