Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Loom Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
