Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Louisville, KY)

Foxglove Mill Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Louisville, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
