Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Louisville, KY)

Amberfield West Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
