Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Meridian Foods Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer specifications.
