Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Ashton Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Little Rock, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
